Coming Inspection:All raw materials are certified by our suppliers and must pass in-coming inspection before they are released for production. All raw materials are marked so they can be traced to their original certifications at any time during production. 2. Process InspectionAll phases of production are monitored by in-process inspection. A first-piece inspection is always conducted at each manufacturing stage. No production begins until a first-piece inspection is completed and the results are found acceptable by the quality control director. Each machine operator performs continuous inspection while producing parts, checking dimensions with gauging tools as well as observing the appearance and surface characteristics of parts.3. Final inspectionNo order leaves shipping dock until all shipping paper is stamped and signed by the final inspectors.Our design engineers use their expertise to make your parts the best.
